Aside from my intro, this is my first official post here on this forum so hopefully I'm doing it right. I thought I would start by sharing a few pix of a collaborative [Link pending approval] scale F-16 project headed up by Scott Brown with Afterburner Decals. Scott knew the outgoing wing commander at Hill AFB (Scott Zobrist) and wanted to present him with a model of his bird. Scott enlisted Jed Jenson to build the jet (using Afterburner decals of course) and asked me (3Wire Design) to work up a custom display base for it.
Scott and Jed traveled to Hill and presented the display to him at his going away party and according to Scott, Col. Zobrist was really pleased with it. Kudos to Jed for his outstanding work on the Viper -- a job well done!

Is that a canopy coefficient label I see on the transparency? If so, nice touch!

Nice Project and an excellent model.I must say that this is one of the best models that I have seen in a long time. You truly get what you pay for in this model. While the directions way understate the amount of time you will spend making the model I would recommend this plane to anybody. The pieces are formed and fit with an amazing amount of precision and this turned out to be a beautiful model that is closer to the real thing than any of the other 1.48 scale F-16 models in the market.
