For those who know, have flown with or worked with Timothy "Picard" Forsythe, He is retiring from the Air Force after many years of service on 14 October 2011 at Joint Base Langley-Eustis.

I was at the OLR in Antwerp two weeks ago and had the opportunity to speak briefly with Col Forsythe. My impression is that he was the kind of guy I would have liked to work for when I was in USAF. He has served his country well and I wish him the best in his retirement.

Best Regards,
