Does any other aircraft anywhere have the same type of sidestick controller as the F-16?

Beside the F-16 and the F-2, another ones are the F-22, F-35, the Dassault Rafale... I dont remember another one right now... But I'm sure the A380 has a sidestick too

The front seat of the AH-1 has a SSC that can fly the aircraft but I'm unsure if it has the same authority as the cyclic in the back seat.
