On the Canopy Pressurization check. After you are all done. You need to pull the plug out of the side. And use the Canopy Tool Kit to open the canopy.

Does anyone have this kit? Or does everyone have a local manufacture kind of thing?

mc5wes - I have never used this "Tool Kit" (I am betting that not many have). We used a local manufactured tool; (2 foot rod, glued into a screwdriver handle) to open the canopy lock handle and a standard ratchet to remove the plug and open the canopy.

There is an actual "Tool Kit" called out in the -4. I can get you one of these if you like. Please send me an email: matthew.combs@kellstrom.com

Well, you could always look in the 21GS for the drawings and parts list for the 16A12098L1-1 Canopy Tool Kit. Bet it's a lot cheaper than buying it from somebody.

Any time you see a part number that ends in "L1-X" it is a Local Man item and it should be in the appropriate GS manual.

Tech orders, tech orders, tech orders!!

Best Regards,

Joe,
Thats what I thought. But I was just asking. As the Job Guide calls out for using the Canopy Tool Kit.

It's not as easy as I made it sound...actually, I looked in the 95GS first before the light bulb came on.

Best Regards,
