So I've been looking at some documentaries on youtube on military history, and I was curious to see which documentaries are there on fighter pilots in particular. I've watched the Dogfights series, and they are pretty good. But which other documentaries would you recommend?

That one is particuarly cool if you can find one of the HD versions out there to watch on a big screen
This one from the French Skyfighters movie is also very cool to watch in HD:

As for documentaries, there a quite a few of the Great Planes series on youtube, but they are getting quite out of date these days.
