Aside from everything else that has been discussed, the P/N you're asking about has been cancelled and replaced for quite some time. The replacement is Pratt Whitney P/N 2663917 and the National Stock Number (NSN) is 2995-01-450-2816. It's AF managed and the Standard Unit Price is $41,722.30.
The old Honeywell P/N (441476) was assigned to NSN 2995-01-206-0648 and was replaced due to a life consumed time change T.O. 00-20-3.
As you've already found, there are numerous surplus dealers with some for sale but they're in need of major repair or overhaul and not new equipment.
