We should pay attention to this point that even though the F-22 is a good fighter but we shouldn't disregard the potential of the other fighters.
For example in the war between Iran and Iraq one F-5 TIGER 2 could explore one MIG-25 FOXBAT of air forces from Iraq.
So my friends, notice that F-22 have a lot of competitor such as: MIG-31 , SOKHO-35 & SOKHO-37 or PAKFA PLAN.
Although SUPER TOMCAT 21 is a wonderful fighter but we should notice that F-14 fighter in Iran-Iraq war could not be became victorious against an Iranian phantom 2 that was intercept p-3c.

For the first point, a MiG-25 if caught down "low and slow" is not a particularly capable fighter if it gets attacked. If it is at speed and altitude, although an F-5E has nearly zero capability against it. A parallel may be drawn from World War II and the combat history of Germany's Me-262 jet fighter.

Regarding your second point, any fighter, no matter how good, is going to be able to kill every target it encounters. Even the F-22 will not be able to knock down every opponent it sees. Since your location is listed as Iran, I recommend you research the history of the IIAF in the conflict with Iraq. Your F-14s did very, very well. So much so that during the later Gulf War, whenever USN F-14s lit up their AWG-9s Iraqi aircraft would immediately break off and withdraw. The IIAF's success with the F-14 is also why the US was so worried, when the F-14 was retired here, than any components might find their way to Iran. That's why the Tomcats were so extensively stripped when donated to museums.
