These photos were taken by a TuAF pilot who was a relative of mine, during his training in the US in '80s at Sheppard AFB, Texas. Sadly he passed away in a crash later in Turkey. I just wanted to share because they are good photos, IMO.

Thanks for posting these up. Sorry to hear about your loss.

I’d take a wild guess and say these were taken around June 1983, at about the time the 747/Shuttle combo visited the Paris Air Show and a few other places (Britain and Canada come to mind). The giveaway is the unique Paris side number (376) applied at the show near the front of the aircraft.
