I recruit for a National Aircraft company who is looking for F-16 Flight Simulator Instructors.
Duties include: Performs simulator training to deliver and conduct high performance combat aircraft specific instruction and support using current tactics and employment standards in the Mission Training Center. Participates and interfaces with military staff and operations level combat aircraft customers.
Must have previous experience as instructor in F-16 aircraft with 500 hours currency in last 5 years. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
The Ogden, Utah, area is a center for skiing and adventure sports. Located 40 miles north of Salt Lake City, Ogden is gateway to Snowbasin, Powder Mountain and Wolf Mountain ski resorts. Historically, Ogden was a major player in the development of the Transcontinental Railroad. Golden Spike National Historic Site, located northwest of the city, commemorates the completion of the Central Pacific and Union Pacific railroads. That event marked the beginning of the end of the American frontier.

For the amount you are offering I don't suspect that many former IP's are going to bite, $78K a yr, even in Ogden is well below the typical pay grade, not to mention that this is a contract position, so I presume with limited benefits until it goes perm.
My $ 0.02 anyway, good luck....
