I'm looking for information and photos regarding A/C #89-2001 that was painted with the blue and yellow Seadragon on the tail?

It was the 31st OG flagship back in 1995 I think? Any help on these markings, especially photos is greatly appreciated!! And yes I looked at the database and the entire USAFE photo album...
