Just use the same wing as on the F-16 just 1/6 the scale. Aerodynamics don't change on a scale model.

If I remember correctly, an F-16's wing is 4% thick (if that helps any).

thank to both kaasjager and kryptid and it's rigth the NACA 64A204 from the f16 wing has a 4% thickness. i found the next from the wing data and i need some help to understand:
-twist:
at SS 54.0.........0º
at SS 180..........3º
-dihedral............0º

i stand at 54 inch from the centre plane (wing root) the twist is 0º and at 180 inch (wing tip) the angle of twist is 3º, however i need extra information about which axe i must take to twist the wing. i think is along the trailing edge but i´m not sure. in this case the trailing edge fix horizontal because dihedral angle is 0º and the leading edge turn to downward from the root to tip. thank you for advance

The F-16 wing reference axis is the 50% chord line. So if it has 0 deg dihedral, the .50C should be the twist axis.

hi kaasjager, and what about the "scale effects" over scale models. Should i use a subsonic profile? Anyway which would be a simple procedure to select a correct profile for a 1:5th 20kg model and a desirable 350km/h of maximum speed?

i've seen on internet many f16 models and they use a profile more thicker and simple than the actual maybe for structural reasons or construction.

greets,
Pablo
