Hello everyone
I am a student and we got a assignment to show a circuit breaker panel and cockpit layout of a aircraft of own choice I took the f-16 but I cant find that much info about it and a good picture is hard to find got one of the cockpit layout now but still need one of the circuit breaker panel.
So can anyone help me get a pic of the panel and maybe some info to go along with it?
Greets,
Pascal

The F-16 has multiple CB panels in different locations.

Don't know; anyone here with the Belgian Air Force?
Caption from original photo: "A BAF F-16B at the 1993 airshow at Florennes AB with starboard access panels open, showing the stainless steel hydrazine bottle."
Beside the fact it isn't a close-up, you can't read or actually 'see' anything. I don' think the Belgians were worried about it if those access panels/doors were opened at an airshow, in public view, where photos were allowed to be taken...
My TEG
EDIT: PS anyone worried about the 0p$eC thing shouldn't read books. Especially "Uncovering The Lockheed Martin F-16 - DACO"
If you're looking for great information on the 'guts' of an F-16 Imas, find a copy of that book. PG 84-85 for the Circuit Breaker panels.
Steve388th you may want to skip the radar and avionics photos... You'll have a heart attack. |

I looked up the book but I only got 5 lessons to complete the assignment so geting the book is not a option, but looking at the assignemt a picture of the panel it self is not required.
The following things schould be included in my rapport: The dangers of electricity, Which kind of electric current is used ac/dc in the by youre chosen aircraft, How do circuit breakers work, A sketch or layout of the flightdeck of the by youre chosen aircraft.
Ps. I could get a close up picture of the circuit breaker panel because we have a F-16 in our school hangar but the teachers are very stict in what you can photograph.
Maby if I ask nicely they allow me to take a picture.
see [Link pending approval] for the f16 in our school. |
