Reliance Aerotech Services is currently seeking Jet Engine QC Techs with F110 engine experience. This position will be located on King Abdulaziz Air Base (KAAB) and King Khalid Air Base (KKAB) in Saudi Arabia. This is a high profile position in which only the top quality mechanics will be considered. Prior military experience is a plus. Housing will be provided on the Jedawel City Compound.

Job Description:
This position will be responsible for the inspection of several F110-GE-129C engines at KAAB for the Royal Saudi Air Force in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Quality Control Technician Skill/Experience Requirements:

1. Required to have a minimum of six years experience in the jet engine career field and must have two years F110 maintenance experience.

2. Required to have a minimum of two years experience in Quality Control and be totally familiar with technical management and quality assurance procedures.

3. Required to have experience in performing or directing functions such as inspection, evaluation, repair, testing or modification of aircraft engines

4. Must be knowledgeable of engine tracking and scheduling

5. Must be knowledgeable of Maintenance Publications Management Systems, improvement processes, and Time Compliance Technical Orders

6. Must be knowledgeable of computerized records management, collection, and information systems

7. Must be proficient in technical communication skills necessary to write reports


Quality Control Technician Responsibilities:

1. Perform Quality Verification Inspections (QVIs) on the F110 engines and related equipment to verify conformance

2. Monitors and evaluates all maintenance actions to ensure safe and reliable aircraft

3. Trend Analysis reports, brief verbally or in writing to key maintenance leaders such as the maintenance or logistics wing commander

4. Provide on-the-spot advice, assistance/training, and recommend corrective actions on technical problems

5. Investigate accidents/incidents and provide comprehensive reports on root causes, contributing factors, corrective actions, and recommendations

6. Review/write locally developed publications, policy procedures, and maintenance operating instructions (MOIs)

7. Research and process Publication Deficiency Improvements

8. Perform quality deficiency investigation and analysis and provide solutions

9. Review and process material deficiency reports

10. Conduct special one-time inspections (OTIs) and investigations

11. Perform first-time compliance QVI on all technical compliance technical orders (TCTOs)

12. Brief and debrief maintenance functional check flights
