Are you both on the F-35 program or F-16 Viper? Perhaps you posted this thread under the wrong forum?
If you're on the F-35, perhaps just to piss him off (and hopefully help influence him) call him: 'Sleep Lightning'?
Heck, he's probably just up half the night on the net posting about cool aviation stuff! That should be easy one to modify.. |

| From what you're describing, "Snooze" (or Snoozer) and "Drool" gets my vote. |

"Dozer" looks the best to me...just make sure you're with him to clarify the call sign to chicks while you're both out in your flight suits at the club.
Oops, did I just make fun of both of you? |

Northwest, Minneapolis, Timothy, Cheney, Richard, or Cole.
Northwest Airlines Flight 188
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northwest_ ... Flight_188
Quote:
Pilots of a Northwest Airlines flight approaching Minneapolis International Airport Wednesday night temporarily lost radio contact with air-traffic controllers and apparently overshot their destination by about 100 miles.
The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the incident as a possible case of pilots nodding off at the controls, according to government and industry officials familiar with the matter.
Controllers were able to re-establish contact with the Airbus A320, these people said, and the plane eventually landed safely without injuries. The plane was en route from San Diego to Minneapolis. Details are still emerging and the safety board is expected to release some information later Thursday. But based on preliminary indications, industry and government officials believe the crew may have briefly fallen asleep, flown past the airport, and then circled back to land.
Source and full story.

The pilots now claim that they were not asleep; but instead on their laptops debating their work schedule.
One cannot wonder (be suspicious) if they're making up excuses for falling asleep. Perhaps the work schedule was which flight attendants sat on the pilots laptops? Perhaps they had second thoughts about defecting to Canada? j/k |
