If anyone in the U.S. is interested in teaching two 80 hour C-130 courses let me know. I've been offered the contract but can't take it due to scheduling problems. It will be a nose to tail course and includes some avionics. It will be ATA Level III if you are familiar with that. That is sorta between 5 and 7 skill level. Pay is $10K for the 20 days of training plus expenses and $150 a day for weekends. The training starts 27 Mar in Texas. You will need to have experience on the 130 and also have taught before (but not necessarily teaching on the 130). This is short suspense (today) so if you are interested PM me for more details. Please pass along if you know someone too.

I'm an instructor at Sheppard now. I'll take a month of leave and do it for that cash!

MechFromHell...

That's the way to be creative, a quick10K...is not a bad way to go.

Good luck, if I had the time, I would do it too....I like the way you think Smile

This company has asked me to help them find qualified mx instructors on numerous platforms for short-term contracts like this one. If you have instructor experience and experience wrenching and you would like to be considered for future contract positions like this please PM me and I'll send my private e-mail address so that you can forward your resume. I'll then add it to a database for any future contracts that come open. Please note that this offer only applies right now to US personnel but is not limited to military - civ a/c instructors may also be needed.
