'03 Z-400 and ' 04 YFZ 450 strictly off road Hot Quads, and I do love to ride. Too hot to ride at the moment

When I was seationed there in the early 90's, we use to ride near the east end of the runways, across from the old race track. we use tear up the sand dunes on everything from quads, sandrails, and dirt bikes. Man from sun up till sun down. I was totally drained at the end of the day. Cool

Do we have any new folks that ride?
Thought that maybe the price of fuel might have pushed a few of you to the dark side. Laughing

Yes, surely there MUST be Tim... I have had half a dozen inquiries just from guys at work about how to go about getting a bike licence, what type of bike to buy, etc... Their V-8s were fun when fuel wasn't $1.70+ a litre... Laughing

Just some Gee-Whiz info for this thread to try and keep it alive. I went riding last weekend with some friends and a couple riding their restored 79 harley Sportster layed it down in 90degree left hander(did'nt see it coming). Bike and riders are gonna be fine, (meat wagon transported both riders as a precaution) both had a lil roadrash and bruises, and the scoot was basic cosmetic damage, but with a lil time and effort both will be road worthy again in a month or so.

The basket is a bit much, but I've never been one to put down how someone "customizes" his ride. You go Dorothy. And the flames would be a nice touch.(Makes them go faster) Maybe a card in the spokes too eh?
