True, very true. Without the COTUS on board the flight should be designated as a Special Chicken Asphault Mission (SCAM)

Here on the F-16.net we're sticklers for the details.

Come to think of it, wasn't NYC declared a Chicken Restricted Asphault Movement Zone (CRAMZ). Somebody dropped the ball, That SCAM should've been CRAMZed.
