I wonder where they'll be? IIRC Subic Bay NAS is the only base we have left after Mount Pinatubo buried Clark, correct?

Clark has been converted into a fully operational international airport.

Had some great TDYs to Clark. Now that it's back opened, I might have to go back and visit Angeles City!

here's some pics of F-16C-42 90-0722 and 89-2103 with the 63d FS ...the other vipers has just taken off for the exercise when I came... Sad hope you guys like it... Cheers




note 90-0722 lacks the small air inlet underneath the LEX...Tamiya 1/48 F-16C part nr A19. Is this one of the CUPID mods?

interesting that no PACAF, ACC, or Air National Guard/Reserve F-16 squadrons were not available for this exercise.

Well I've known about the pilots from AETC and other non combat commands being put in the AEF bucket - the F-16 pilot that was tragically lost over Iraq was an IP at Luke on TDY to fullfill his AEF slot. I've seen AETC Tyndall F-15s deploy to RED FLAG Alaska but its unusual to send the AETC IPs and jets all the way over there.

No Cupid mods on Block 42's, those mods were for older block 30/32. Not sure what you're referring to as the small air inlet under the LEX, but I see everything that is supposed to be there.
