Hi guys, for those who haven't already read about this on flight sim forums, just letting you all know about the "Vipermeet" to be held in Las Vegas in September. The event will be attended by several viper drivers as well as pilots of other fighter aircraft who you will be able to meet, fly simulated missions with, etc etc. A tour of Nellis AFB has also been organised (however cannot be guaranteed subject to USAF operational requirements). The focus of the event will be flight simulation, with computers supplied, mainly flying Falcon [Link pending approval], however there will be an opportunity to fly any sim of your choice in a multiplayer enviroment. Carl Norman and the guys from the LOMAC development team will be there, as well as members of the IL2 team, exhibiters like Realsimulator, Naturalpoint and many more, with giveaways and competitions. One of the other highlights will be a "top gun" competition flying Falcon [Link pending approval] which will involve flying very highly realistic combat mission profiles briefed by current F-16 pilots. The cost includes all accomodation, drinks and a banquet, for more details just follow the link:

If only the Air Force would recruit these guys to fly the UAV's for us!!! That would be one less bad deal looming on the horizon for Viper drivers.
