By the way does anyone know what this pod might be. I think the this F-16F belongs to the UAE's air force. It looks like a sniper pod but it's not that pod.

That would be the AN/AAQ-32 Internal FLIR Targeting System (FTS). Here's a link and here's a thread on the pod.
