Hello,
In 25 days I will be shipping off to bmt. I have gone in with a guranteed 2a332 afsc, and was wondering what to expect out of tech school. I have heard numerous stories about the avionics position, mostly negative... What do you avionics techs currently think of your job? I was just curious as to what to expect etc. Thanks again!

| Mostly negative? Who have you been talking to? This job kicks a$$. You'd be better off getting on the Viper though rather than the Raptor. It's a piece of crap.....You will like your job though if you like to solve problems. |

Twenty-seven years ago I also went into USAF with a guaranteed 2A332 AFSC (okay, it was 326X6 at the time). There is no limit to where that will take you.
Best Regards, |
