What you do in the privacy of your own hanger with your zipper is your business.

From airliners.net:
Quote:
The red Ducati - Ferrari (999) Starfighter pictured during the Starfighter good-bye event. On March 25th, 2004 this F-104 established a new F-104 world record, staying airborne with the help of four fuel tanks for 2h 50 mins without air refueling. Piercarlo Ciacchi was the pilot on this mission and it was also his last flight with the F-104.

Here are links to several pics of the goodbye to the Starfighter in Italy:

OK kids, I've been on the road and away from pc's for a while. One was to a friends Memorial service to bring his ashes back to spread from the F-104. The others were
just working on the farm and an airshow.

Ever time I launch the Zipper and I'm not in her, she gets kissed as she taxi’s past me...

But I missed this post, thanks Kevin for the cranium up!

Please see the pics and enjoy, one is the log from the 2:50 flight and some of the flight etc. She wore 4 bags for his retirement flight.

I believe that 999 is for Ducati, does Ferrari have a 999 also?
