Does anyone know or know of foreigners that join the USAF? I tried contacting a recruiter but I never hear back from them? I am ex Air Force myself and wanting to join the USAF so any ideas or hints would be great. I dont have US Citizenship or residency. |

Depends on your age. We have people who aren't US citizens in our armed forces. If you want a job where you need a security clearance you'll have to become a us citizen, but with past military experiance in another country i doubt they'd grant one but that's just my two cents.

or try calling a different recruiter. |

Call different recruiters until you have better luck. I'm pretty sure you have to be a citizen to recieve a commision, but not to enlist.

I figured the same thing, but New Zealand is not exactly an enemy so I wonder how they'd handle a secuity clearance....Interesting thought. |
