I'm trying to build up a flight model for the XB-70 to hopefully see it used in Falcon or something similar. I need to get hold of the aerodynamic coefficients; I found a NASA document that supposedly has them but it costs $40--and I can't afford it right now. Does anyone know of a cheaper way to get NTRS reports, or have access to academic resources to find it?

Thanks

Try the NASA Dryden server at http://www.nasa.gov/centers/dryden/news/DTRS/index.html

If it is not there, request a loan copy from your local public library.

How about a FlighGear model using the JSBSIM flight dynamic model format. If you do this I can actually build a Simulink model for it, linearize about several different operating points and build a control system for it. Just a thought....
