There's been some recent jet activity in the past couple of days here around the Inland Empire (Riverside/San Bernardino/Rancho Cucamonga) area. Yesterday evening, my girlfriend phoned me to say she saw a 4-ship of what she thought were F-16s (possibly from the 194th FS, or so I thought) flying in formation over her work in Fontana. She saw them again later that day driving home. I heard them, but couldn't see. It's been raining pretty good here..grey clouds, overcast and all. Today, just now, I heard the distinct sound of fighter jets, looked out my window and there they were! I just got a glance just as they disappeared out of sight and thought they were F-16s. I ran out of my apt. and waited. Sure enough, they came back and realized they were T-38s. They flew around, low level, in a wide circle right over my apt in Rancho Cucamonga about 4 times. Anyone know what's going on? UPT students flying around here?

| The T-38's performed the flyover for the Nascar Race at Califonia Speedway. |
