I have a question for pilots/maintainers:

In many pictures, the F a6 appear to have some heavy A-G loads, although these were flying in training missions. I suppose that these were inert rounds.

What's the reason? To train as close as possible to real conditions?

If they were bombs and painted blue then they are inert and yes used for training with the added weight and realistic release. If you are talking about AGM or something else then they are also carried to simulate real weapons, but are never released.
