I was looking at this photo and can't tell if it's been Photoshopped or not? Anyone know?

Looks real enough to me. I can think of plenty of pilots that would do that. Being an OSU fan, I like it.

Hey, come on, Penn State was ranked. Like 25th or something, but they were ranked!
The BCS game last years was great in this household. Wife is a lifelong Gator fan.......I went to bad at halftime.

One thing I'm not sure about in the pic is it's a live AIM-120, but it looks like a ACMI pod next to it. If it is why would you have a live missle and a ACMI? Doesn't make since to me.

I've seen several pics like this. Sometimes the pilots weren't holding up things that can be shown on public forum, however...Playmate of the Month, One Finger Salutes, a pic of a USS Nimitz VF-41 Tomcat crew in 1981 holding a sign that read "U.S.A. 2 - Libya 0". I've seen several pics of Navy fighter crews holding up "Beat Army" signs as well.

It's a FACE pod, not the same as ACMI.

"Current FACE pods, carried on standard missile launch rails by A-10s, F-15s, F-18 and CF-18s have accumulated over fifty thousand flight hours, offering faster response to time critical targets and significantly improving low altitude communications, since they reduce the aircraft dependency on UHF/VHF repeater towers."

Even if Blue loses in sports, we win in intelligence. Very Happy

Note the Buckeye wants to hand us "losing". Purplehaze... you should have gone Blue. Or at least you shouldn't have smoked so much purple haze in college. Hehehe! Very Happy

Well, I'll give the Blue something. They did set a new NCAA record this year. Quickest fall from top 25 ever. Congrats! 5th or so to unranked in two weeks. Yeah, go Blue.

Michigan is currently 7-2 (5-0 in the Big Ten) and is ranked #12 in the BCS standings (#15 in the AP poll). Granted, OSU is ranked #1 in both BCS and AP with an undefeated 9-0 record. All I can say is this: OSU better pray it doesn't lose to Michigan this year. Michigan doesn't have nearly as much to lose at this point if it loses to OSU. In fact, I'd say Michigan has almost nothing to lose compared to OSU. All the pressure will be on the Buckeyes this time around. Besides... #1 ranking and undefeated regular season records haven't favored OSU lately. What a piss-poor showing against Florida last year. I dont' know which was worse... OSU's loss to Florida or Michigan's loss to USC in the Rose Bowl.

Luckily, Michigan as a University holds many more top rankings than OSU ever will. I'm talking academics here of course. And when it comes to flag waving, OSU has nothing on Michigan. Besides the United States flag, the only other flag on the surface of the moon is the University of Michigan's. That's right folks... Blue has been to the Moon in numbers. OSU alums can fly all the flags they want in fighter plane cockpits. Michigan's already taken the cake in that department though. Maybe OSU will have a bunch of alumni astronauts on one of the first manned missions to Mars? Ehhh... probably not.
