| Elp, I amplified the image to take a closer look and discovered those stickers are birds. I believe they represent the number of birds the engine has ingested. |

FWIW...(and I understand it wasn't a "real" jet, but...) we used to run a Deep Stall profile in the sim by adding an empty C/L bag and setting a fixed amount of internal gas, then shift the CG aft and have the stud snatch the stick full aft. We did nothin' to defeat any FLCS limiters.
With the right amount of gas in the right areas and with the jet in just the right area of the envelope I can see how a snap departure might happen....tho I agree it's indeed a rare occurance. |
