Wow...just wow.
Pride is one thing, but some of you need to pull your heads out and look at the big picture. Getting jets in the air is a collective effort of a mind-boggling number of specialties. Who touches the jet last, whose system is vital for certain aspects of a mission, or whose name is on the canopy is completely irrelevant when it's time to pull chocks. Simply put, the Air Force doesn't make distinctions when it comes to calling a jet FMC or crew-ready - everything's working as advertised or it's not. Your pride belongs in the fact that you ALL help maintain the best jets in the world's best air force.

Ummmmm...... Do we need new, I mean more CBT's?

For back shop---- "Do Not Point Out Crew Chief Superiority Complex Training.
or DNPOCCSCT for short.

For CC'S---------- How To Refrain From Telling Specs They Are Not As Good
As You And To ST*U Training.
or Sensetivity Training for short.

But really,,, this is pointless, it has always gone on and always will go on. There is nothing anyone can do to change it. Specs think we are Gas Station Attendants and we are just better.......I mean we "think" we are better. My bad.

It won't change so just have fun with it.
