A 510th FS F-16 crashed this evening on mountains near Belluno (north of Aviano) pilot OK.

The jet <a href="news_article2517.html">has been identified as</a> F-16C block 40 88-0529.


USAF F-16C block 40 #88-0529 from the 510th FS is coming in after a training flight at Aviano AB in Italy.

USAF F-16C block 40 #88-0529 from the 510th FS is attending a Combat Hammer exercise held at Hill AFB on August 19th, 2006.

Can someone confirm which name is right?

The original posted articles have him named as Maj. Timothy Palmer, but the most recent accident release report has him named as Maj. Timothy Parker.
