I built this F-16 cockpit about ten years ago, it's been in storage for the last five years. I'm losing my storage space, and I don't want to just toss it in the bin, so if anyone is interested you can have it for free. I'm in Dallas TX, and you have to pick it up - I won't ship it - and it has to be gone by 16 September.

Here is my web page describing the sim:

http://www.habu2.net/sims/pc_pit.htm

What I am offering is just the shell and switch panels and seat cushions. No PC, no monitor, no stick/throttle controls (although the Thrustmaster rudder pedals are included). If no one picks it up by the above date it will be scrapped and binned.

Feel free to post this offer on other sim sites. Please direct all questions via email to gregd at habu2 dot net

So here's a chance for me to say "Thank you very much" to one of the most inspiring persons for my sim Smile
When I started my project in '98, your site was one of my favorites, looking for infos and inspiration.

THANKS A LOT!!!

I assume the simulator found a good home (fingers crossed) or is trashed by now (pity, if that's the case)! I don't live in Texas, and have no way to get there, so I have now dog in this fight - but Habu did you know your web site is down? I wasn't too surprised to find that http://www.habu2.net/sims/pc_pit.htm is inactive at this late a date in your offer, but I tried www.habu2.net as well and came up with one of those "this website is available" error messages. Hope everything's okay.

Wow guys, you just resurrected a 3 year old thread. I think it is safe to say the sim is gone

No doubt! Should've really payed more attention to the date stamp of the original post.Rolling Eyes Although I'm dying to know the fate of the simulator - I just hope it didn't end up in the trash heap and that someone got to make use of the thing! Crazy Pilot
