Last night I drank a hole bottle of tequila to myself. And got a really bad hangover. Dose anyone know how to get rid of it??? Or to not get one??

Aside from not drinking , there's a few things I can think of. First is to drink as much or more water as alcohol while you are drinking - helps with the dehydration. Drink plenty of water when you wake up, take some pain killers, and keep the music down ! |

| Seriously, the Liquid Lox on board the airplane. What we called a "Red Flag" Preflight. A couple of hits off the O2 hose and last night in Vegas is just a memory. |

| Milk Thistle (herbal supplement type thing). Take a couple of these while drinking. Also, drink lots of water. Greasy food seems to help the next day. Don't start drinking while dehydrated or on an empty stomach. Liquor before beer - you're in the clear; Beer before liquor - you've never been sicker. Pace yourself. Gatorade can help the next day. |

| Stick you finger down your throat...It may suck at first, but it definitely stops the room, your eyes, and your stomach from spinning. After that, have a few sips of water, then you can keep the party going. When you get home, sleep it off. Next morning during preflight, put on the mask and select 100%. |
