Switching from Blk 30 to Blk [Link pending approval] know where I can download a copy of the Blk 40 dash one checklist (the wing has a chronic shortage of them)?

Gretsky, go see your wing USAF AFETS or LM CETS rep (if you don't know how to contact them, ask one of your maintenance officers). They will have the official PDF version that they can legally give to an active flyer. Anything you find anywhere else on the internet is suspect and not legal for use in flight ops.
