637 was already an ADF jet when this shot was snapped. The B models got the airborne ID light but not the AIFF Bird Slicers or distinctive blister at the base of the tail that the A's did.

I was also part of this ground crew for the post phase run, and can say without a doubt that ssgt lopez did nothing wrong! In fact he practiced some very quick decision making in that he engages nosewheel steering and avoided running into the A10 hangars that neighbor nose dock 7 at eielson. People need to get there facts straight before acting like they know anything. If you don't believe that I was there, check the records, SrA Scott Fronek.

My coder is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using WordPress on various websites for about a year and am worried about switching to another platform. I have heard excellent things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress content into it? Any kind of help would be really appreciated! Hey, Blessed Homemaker. Don't worry about leaving cnmoemts! Silly you! But I really appreciate your kind thoughts and encouragement, which have made my day. I continue writing this blog for my love of cooking, baking, and writing--it's got nothing to do with getting the most cnmoemts, or whatever. =)You take care, too. Okay? May you have a lovely one ahead! =)-- Pei-Lin

Chris wrote that post! He interrupted my four part sereis on OSM just to announce the culmination of his epic battle to make in-app purchase work on Android. Can you believe the guy?

Typo
"Verticular" stabilizer? Believe you mean "vertical" stabilizer.
550 was one of the first jets fitted with the F-16C enlarged dorsal fin, in advance of the F-16C being fielded. This was probably to test the ALQ-165 ASPJ ECM system, which at the time was still slated for the F-16C, and was to be housed in the dorsal fin.

12AF CC's jet?
The old superscale decal sheet depicted this jet as wearing the 12th Air Force badge instead of the TAC badge, suggesting it was assigned as the 12th AF commander's jet.

Thanks Mark I hadn't seen that news yet. I'm with Sublime Oblivion, in that I think UAVs are the way of the future, but I still think there's at least a cuploe of new generations of manned fighters to be built yet.Computers and remote technology are getting there, but there's still a lot of benefit to having a human eye actually up there in the cockpit. Plus, there are multi-billion dollar contracts at stake (Actually, it's just occurred to me that, because of the financial interests of the US aircraft manufacturers, they may be the slower to adapt to using UAVs as a matter of course. A bold move from the Russians to focus on UAV development could see them secure a real head start in the nascent international UAV market.)
