This jet was probably testing the ALQ-165 ASPJ ECM - the enlarged C dorsal fin bay was intended to house it. Note the ECM antennas on the inlet and the ECS vent above the strake to exhaust the air cooling the ECM LRUs. ilove you pakistani air forc
