USAF F-16C block 30 #86-0231 from the 457th FS is seen taking off from NAS Fort Worth wearing its new fortieth anniversary painted tail art design. The design depicts the three fighters the unit has operated since 1972 — the F-105 Thunderchief, the F-4D Phantom, and the F-16 Fighting Falcon.
