A General Dynamics F-16 assigned to the 113th Fighter Wing, DC Air National Guard, Joint Base Andrews Naval Air Facility Washington taxiing passed the 459th Air Refueling Wing ramp. The 113th Fighter Wing and the 459th Air Refueling Wing train together multiple times a year to maintain mission readiness.
