I think if you look closer, this is the gun/gun drum compartments. The two white lines you see to the left are ECS lines, and the two quick release pins are for the gun. and the small spline fitting on the right is part of the hydrualic motor that operates gun, it can be seen to the right, aft of the bulkhead, and the gun flip down door is below the spline which is opened.
