In this picture released by the Israel Defense Forces Thursday Feb. 19, 2004, a new Israeli Air Force F16I's , or "Sufa", Hebrew for 'Storm', fighter plane, bottom, is seen during in-flight refueling by a U.S. Air Force tanker plane over an undisclosed location on its way from the United States to Israel. Piloted by U.S. Air Force pilots with Israeli navigators, the first two of a new fleet of 102 of the most advanced F-16 fighter jets to be supplied by the U.S. Lockheed Martin company at a cost of US$4.5 billion, landed Thursday in Israel bringing to fruition the country's largest ever military purchase.
