Sorry about the typo, April 94 to Nov 94 was my two tours there collectively.

I was there during Operation Deny Flight, April 1995 to November 1994. I dont remember seeing this Flag Ship during my tour but I was with the F-15E's out of RAF lakenheath, UK. My buddy Chief Lee (Jerry ) ran either the 555th or the 510th...I forget which but I remember the F16's were just gearing up in the early part of the campaign but they got to drop some live stuff too. Damn nice location and fun times by all...long hours and good company...the F16 is still one of my favorite aircraft. Tough little so in so....I reconize that flightline anywhere - Aviano, Italy....what a town!
