This is 78-0044, I scanned this print for Frank and it is clearly 044. Depending on when you were with the 162nd, they had lots of aircraft marked 162nd in their time.

This is actually aircraft 78-0492 and is a block 10. During this time we had three wing kings. Block 10,15 and 42.
