USAF F-16C block 32 #87-0348 from MacDill AFB, Florida with markings for the 62nd FS. After MacDill AFB closed this aircraft went to the Wisconsin ANG. [Photo by Mike Kopack]

...........and in the background 87-0300 that also went to the "WI" ANG like many 62 FS birds at the time. When transferred to the 115 FW it got the name "Oregon". NOte the "old" style black tail letters/serial.

Taken in the twilight of 56(T)FW operations, this pristine bird was eventually transferred to the 128 FW - now 115 FW - of the Wisconsin ANG, named "Columbus". Rather interestingly, allthough in the de-activation process, it is here equipped with LAU-129s on the wing tips, capable of launching AMRAAMs as well as Sidewinders.
