Maintenance personnel from the 482nd FW perform pre-flight inspections on F-16C block 30 #87-0297 from the 93rd FS prior to departure on October 30th, 2007. A total of 24 F-16s left Homestead ARB for Dobbins ARB as part of preparations for Tropical Storm Noel. The early evacuation allows pilots and maintenance personnel to return home to south Florida in time to care for their families before a storm.
