USAF Technical Sergeant Jeffrey Simpson, Crewchief, assists USAF Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey "Cobra" Harrigian, Commander of the 43rd FS at Tyndall AFB, Florida, in exiting the USAF F/A-22 no. 01-4018 on September 26th, 2003.
