Clifton Bond gives fuel from a 909th Air Refueling Squadron KC-135 to a F-22 Raptor over the Pacific Ocean on Feb. 18 while en route to Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan for the first-ever overseas deployment of the F-22. Twelve F-22s from the 27th Fighter Squadron at Langley Air Force Base, Va., will deploy to the base as part of the recent Air and Space Expeditionary Force rotation.
