The 2 examples of the patches listed for 9 & 11 Squadron listed on the PAF pages look like remakes of the original patches that came from General Dynamics Fort Worth plant. I believe these patches were made by another patch manufacturer/supplier and are slightly different than the first batch (I believe I have one from the 1st batch). What gives me that impression is the embroidery and quality of the stitching. The first run of patches had much thicker embroidery and the lettering is no joined up like this version. I can submit an example of the 9 Squadron patch I have for comparison, you can then decide. PLEASE NOTE: I'm not saying this patch shown here or the 11 Squadron patches are fakes. Just saying these could have been made later on and issued to aircrew of the PAF.
