This pic must have been taken before 1990 coz the RSAF changed the emblem to the lion head in august 1990.

That's NOT Changi East. From the look of the facilities in the background, it's probably Andersen AFB, Guam. The Vipers staged thru Hickam and Andersen during the ferry flight to Singapore.

Looks like the #614 is the only 140 squardron F-16 as the other F-16s all have identical camo markings.

Is this Changi East or more likely Hickam or Guam when the aircraft were being delivered?

This is one of the later Peace Carvin deliveries. Note the cheek antennas behind the radome, plus the aft facing antennas beneath the tail number on the fin. Both a la F-16I

Although not very prominent (at least from this angle), this Block 52 D Model features the "cheek" antennaes on either side of the front fusealge, just aft of the radome (a la Israeli F-16I)

Yes that is a hornet, it looks like that hornet has a different set of AIFF antenna than the Super Hornets. Those look like the antenna on the F-16 while the Super Hornets looks like a flatened box.

Advanced 52+

The dorsal spine made the RSAF two-seater looks neater than its USAF counterpart.
