How did the guy filming the video not notice the Acft tip over. What kind of situational awareness must this guy have to not see this in front of him.

It is not correct in the movie clip caption to state that the aircraft never flew again. It certainly did. In fact, it was involved in another landing gear mishap at Carswell AFB in August 1979. Phil Oestricher was flying the aircraft as a chase, and his NLG would not come down. Landed OK with NLG still retracted. NLG actuator lug had failed, and was subsequently redesigned for FSD and Production. Again, the aircraft was repaired and returned to flight.
