It's Israeli patch. Made by the IAF.

Bilateral air exercise between the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) & Indian Air Force (IAF) between 03 to 20 January 2006. Eight RSAF F-16s flew into Kalaikunda Air Force Station in Eastern India for the exercise.

SINDEX 04, the inaugural bilateral exercise between the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) and the Indian Air Force (IAF), held from 11 to 27 Oct 04 at Gwalior Air Force Station in Western India. The exercise involves six F-16C/D Fighting Falcon jets from the RSAF, as well as Sukhoi-30, MiG-27, MiG-29 and Mirage 2000 aircraft from the IAF.

This patch made for the Israel Air Force deployment to Red Flag 2006. The deployment was cancelled due to operations over Lebanon.

Six F-16C Fighting Falcons from the 183rd FW Illinois ANG departed to Poland to train with Polish MiGs-29A and Su-22 jets.

Hosted by 192nd Filo "KAPLANLAR" at BALIKESIR AB ,TURKEY. 192 filo has been a member of the NATO Tiger Association (NTA) since 1990. This years exercise was held between 29/04 Apr - 06/05 May.

This is the CRUZEX 2004 Exercises patch. This exercise were made on Brasil on past November. Venezuela sent 6 F-16 to the exercise, along with 3 Mirage 50, 2 Cougars and one C-130

I believe the "I" stand for Instructor, not Inspector.

Added to the collection as some of the participants came from 120th FS 'Cougars' (F-16C/D), Buckley AFB home of the 140th Wing, Colorado & 79th FS 'Tigers' (F-16C/D Block 50) Shaw AFB, part of the 20th Fighter Wing, South Carolina.

NOTE: Not offically a F-16 Sqn patch as it came from the Canadian 425 Sqn which flies the F-18 Hornet. Added because it has the F-16 in the design and represents an exercise patch between Canada & USA. Won't be offended if removed!
