The last Block-30 F-16D ever build for the USAF and initially delivered to the 56 TTW at MacDill AFB, Fl. After the de-activation of the 56 FW there has been some discussion about the assignment of this F-16D. It was in Ramstein with the 86 FW / 526 FS until the spring of 1994. After that it has been reported that it went to the 56 FW at Luke AFB, Az. This seems highly unlikely as it then would be the only F-16 at Luke with the GE engine - as all other Falcons at Luke are Pratt birds.

Yes LUKE has NO GE Vipers...We are all P&W..Also, Luke has a small amount of big mouth vipers...We mainly have the small mouth..We are going through a refirbishment phase so we will see what happends..Hopefully well get the GE engines and the big mouth air intakes...
